The day had come, in Friday. We went to school first. It seems like it will be sunny day because in the morning until afternoon the sky was so clear and sunny. After school I accompany my friend to her house, for prepared her stuff, then I took her to one of my friends to gather there. Afterwards I went back home for preparing my stuff as well. Then not long in my house, the sky was about cloudy. "Oh My God! Sh*t happens, damn it!". I rushed preparing my stuff and went to my friend's house, and at the same time, it rained. I was really upset, I just thought it will be disappointing if we should cancel it.


I arrived at my friend's house with my clothes wetness because of the rain. My friend said "Just wait, it will be over soon", so I waited. About an half hour later, the rain stopped. So we could continue, I took one of my friend to my motorcycle. We went to my friend's house whose house is close to Puntang Mountain. On the way there, I stop at my friend's house to borrow a tent and shoes, becuase her brother has many of it. Then we continue, and gather there in the evening about 6 pm. There are 7 people including me.

We prepared in there for an hour, then we ready to go. But sh*t happens once more, it rained again. So we forced to stay there to wait until the rain stop. We worried at that time because it was heavy rain, and it was 7 pm. We didn't know what to do, we just waited. Then we chatted and played guitar while we were still waiting until the rain stop. I couldn't describe but that moment is very confusing, it was still raining for a long time. So we made a deal that if the rain didn't stop until 9 pm, we cancel it. In 9 pm, it was still raining, so we just tried to sleep.

Then on 10 pm, the rain stopped. So we woke up and thought about should we go or not. The decision was we will go. So we went at 10 pm, it was ridiculous. Really ridiculous I think. We went to Puntang Mountain by our motorcycles, there was 4 motorcycles. We brought 2 tents.

For the third time, it rained again. "What the f**k??" I was really upset, we were in the middle of the way through there, and it rained again, for the third time. But we were not went back, we were keep riding, until we got there in about 11 pm. And yet, it was still raining, we deal with it. We got in by paid Rp. 100.000, about $9. We went to a market and parked our motocycles there. We were waiting until the rain stop, because we can't make a tent if it was still raining.

About 11.30 pm, the rain stopped. So, we walked to the camp area. When we arrived there, there was two guys who came to us and they said "I'm sorry! you can't camp here. This place was booked by our university". But it's okay, we haven't built a tent yet. Afterwards we moved to the other place that we thought it wasn't booked. Then we put our stuff and try to build a tent.

"Wait, who can build a tent?". This is silly, just knew that none of us can build a tent. Without any knowledge, we just tried to figure out one by one frame that will make a tent stand. Not took a long time, we understand how to build it. About 40 minutes, one tent was built. "Yeah! We made it!". So we tried to build the second one. Soon, about three guys came to us and said "We're really sorry for you, this place was booked by our university" and I said in my mind "WTF? we was just built a tent with hard work", we said to them "But, we just built a tent, we knew, there was two guys who told us about this in there, we thought this place isn't your area". The guys said "Yeah, but you have to move, because we have booked this place". And then I said "This is hard but, if we have to move, the middle way is, you guys have to help us to build our tents", Then they said "OK! No problem". So we moved to a place that isn't far. They carried away the tent. And they helped us to built our tents. Now problem solved.

"Yeah! Everythings looks to be all right, now it's the time for a camp fire and dinner". So we made a camp fire, we chatted and we have dinner. That was a lovely night, with much bright stars, and camp fire warmth. We were enjoying the night sky. And soon, about 3pm we slept.

We woke up about 5.30 am and we prayed. Afterwards I drank a cup of coffee. It was really cold, I wear sarung, the Sun has rise, but it hindered by a mountain. But it was okay, still wonderful. So, what were we waiting for? Of course we took many photos, and instagram stories actually.



After took many photos we tidy up our tents and our stuff. Then we went down to the market that we parked there yesterday night, and we saved our stuff there, because we will go to the river. The river is not far from the market, just about 5 minutes walk. We were chillin' there, feels the cold fresh water. Some of my friends was swimming, but I wasn't. Of course we took many photos and instagram stories again. The water in that river is awesome, it make me feel good, so fresh. Then we went back to the market after spend about 30 minutes there.


Finally we went back to my friend's house at 9 am, and arrived there about 10 am. We had a breakfast and rested there for a few hours, then I went back to my house about 1 pm. And I finally arrived at my house at 2 pm.

It was really memorable moment, so awful, terrible, confusing, impose, but it was fun, ridiculous, wonderful, relaxing, and lovely. It was my great experience with my classmates.

 
Friday, 7th July 2017. Road trip? Why not?

Friday, 30th December 2016. My friends and I went to Leuwi Panjang Bus Station at around 8 p.m. we went there by a car. Then, we get in the Arimbi Bus which is the one of a few buses that are headed to Merak Port. It cost Rp. 85.000, it's around $ 6.36. In that night, I feel so nervous, because it was my first time to go far away from home for a few days just with my two friend. It feels so hard to leave Bandung, although I knew that I will come back. But it's okay, I can handle it then.

And then the bus depart right at 9 p.m. I sat on a couple seat in front of the corner seat, and I sat next to one of my friend, while my other friend sat across us, because the bus seat is formed 2-2. At previous, I have prepared many things that I brought for the trip, many things are foods. On the bus we was just talking and joking to make our mood feels good. After that I was listening musics, but a few hours later my phone lost its signal. So, I couldn't streaming musics anymore. I just daydreaming until I felt sleepy, then I slept around 11 p.m.

The trip took very long time. Because at that time, buses couldn't go through the highway, because of the refinement of Cisomang Bridge. So, big vehicles couldn't go through there. They past to the alternative road, which is through Purwakarta. It make longer time for a long trip. And finally, we arrive at Simpang Cilegon around 3 a.m, we got off the bus and we got in angkot to continue the trip. But we have to wait until the angkot is full of passengers. After an half hour, it has been full of passengers. Then we can go.

I just knew that Cilegon has many big industries. They emits very bright light around their area. About 45 minutes on the way, we arrived in our destination which is my friend's grand parent's house in a village named Tawing. We picked up by my friend's uncle. Finally, we arrived at the house at 4.30 a.m. Because we felt really tired, so we slept again and woke up at 10 a.m.

I didn't realize previous that the temperature in there is a bit hot. So different than in my city which has cool temperature. Then we had breakfast. After that, one of my friends took us to the garden behind house to pick some coconuts on its tree. My friend were trying to climb, but it's too high. So, he was try to hit it by a long stick. And he got one, but it's broken out, so he failed. Then I wanted to try hit it too. But I couldn't get it, it's so hard. Then we gave up. So my friend call his uncle to ask him for pick coconuts. And then, he ask a climber, so we got many coconuts. There's nothing better than fresh coconut water.

In the afternoon, we were going to the beach. There was many people, we were just sitting and chillin' on beach sand. We were waiting for the sunset. Then the sunset has begin, it was cloudy but still wonderful.



After that, we went to my friend's uncle's house. We were waiting for my friend's parents. Then they came, so we accompany them to the grand parent's house. After a while, my friend's mother invite us to buy some fish for make a grilled fish. Then we went to the market to find fishes. We got 2 big fish, and some medium fish. When we were on our way, there was a durian shop at the roadside. Then we bought some durian. We back to the house and ate durians.

Because that night is a new year night, so we went to a hotel which have a fireworks party. Anyone should pay if they want to join the party, but we got in there helped by my friend's uncle, so we haven't to pay. So we got in and enjoyed the party. Actually, it is the best fireworks party I've ever felt. There are hundreds of formed fireworks. There are also music performances. It was really a great night. After all over, we back to house and sleep.

In the next day, we had a breakfast, and then we went to the beach about 9 a.m. We were swimming and taking many photos. And then we went back to house. Surprisingly, there were some grilled fish for lunch. It was very delicious lunch. After we ate, we took a rest.

In the afternoon at 4 p.m, we went to a place named Karang Bolong. People said that Karang Bolong is the best place to see the sunset in Anyer Beach, and that's really true. It is the magnificent sunset, with the cool wind blows. It is the best feeling, especially with listening to bossa nova jazz songs. I suggest you to listen to bossa nova jazz songs if you are watching sunset, it is the most suitable song.


And we back home at the night, we were very satisfied. After we back home, we had dinner with grilled fish again. I couldn't describe, but it is one of the best day.

In the next day, we woke up earlier, we prepare our things, and packed it. Then we had our last breakfast there. And finally we went back to Simpang Cilegon by a car, and got in the bus which is headed to Bandung. Finally we arrived in Bandung at 9 p.m and I arrived at my home at 10 p.m. It will be my memorable trip.
